A new affordable senior housing development including fifty apartments in a free-standing, two-story, stick-framed, structure. This project is Phase I of an anticipated four phased master plan to be realized in the next ten years. The current phase will be completed in March 2015. Phases II and III are slated for ground-breaking in the Fall of 2015. All phases will be primarily funded/financed through programs allocated from HCR and HUD.
