The Unity Family Medicine Spencerport practice will occupy approximately 10,500 sf of space in the MOB, with remaining spaces housing an OBGYN, physical therapy, and a blood lab. The MOB has a canopy covered drop-off entry and a practice reception where staff has visual access to incoming and outgoing patients.
