Renovation to a 64-bed apartment facility for the mentally ill, 16 of which were converted into fully accessible ADA compliant units. Enhancements were made to the overall site to bring a neighborhood feel and sense of place to the complex. These additions included new patios between buildings to encourage resident interactions.
