Renovation of a 1920’s era, nine-story hotel containing 245 residential apartment units, office areas and ground level commercial/retail tenants. New amenities including a music room, gym,and pool area were created to help attract new tenants. The lobby was redesigned to its original grandeur while adding modern elements. The interior color palettes were re-imagined to bring life back to the tired hotel without losing its rich history.
