Pittsford Farms Dairy

Renovation of a 19th century dairy farm to accommodate a new dairy store and bottling plant. The design incorporates cafe style seating indoors and outdoors allowing the space to be utilized year round. An emphasis was placed on improving the functionality of the spaces without losing any of the natural character of the site.
Smith+Associates Architects provided conceptual drawings at the beginning of this renovation project. These were sufficiently detailed to act as a resource to the owner, consultants, and builder for the remainder of the project.
