Renovation to the existing facade to include 3 new tower features and reinforcing of the existing roof structure. The North elevation will be contain storefront glazing, EIFS, cultured stone, thin brick veneer, cement board siding, panels and trim and also asphault shingles. This project looked to create an upscale shopping center destination
